A Mindfulness Moment is designed to help you tune into how you’re feeling and find small moments of awareness during a time of constant uncertainty.
During our IVF journeys, we didn’t realise how much we needed something like this. Looking back, we would have found it really helpful to have had a simple tool like this one, to help us recognise the tougher days, release our thoughts, and track how we were feeling as we moved through IVF.
